Note: the following conditions apply

  • The customer has setup either Google Apps for Business or Google Apps Education Edition (Sheepdog will verify the domain setup with Google).
  • The customer agrees to give Sheepdog access to their Google Apps Control Panel.
  • User setup & account configuration issues are considered Level-2 support and will be billed at our hourly consulting rate. Contact us for details.
  • The customer agrees that after hours emergency support may be subject to a premium hourly rate.
