License Management
License Management is an integral part of what we do, and we will help you from start to finish and beyond to get your users set up, maintained, migrated, and more. And because you are paying on a per user/per year license fee structure, it keeps the costs down while at the same time providing unparalleled Google quality for all of your IT needs.

Termination of License Contract
Unless otherwise stated, all license contracts with Sheepdog are valid for a 12-month period. Customers may decide to cancel or reduce license count, but this change will only take effect upon annual renewal date, with no refund given for unused months of license term. Effective May 2011, any license customer who wishes to reduce license count or cancel all licenses must provide at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to the end of the annual term (renewal date). Failure to give at least thirty (30) days notice constitutes agreement to be billed in full for the next annual term.
